Décor-Rest acquires Superstyle
Stationary upholstery specialist Décor-Rest Furniture has acquired one of its most significant domestic rivals, Superstyle Furniture as well as its sister company, Trendline Furniture.
In a statement, the family owned-and-operated Décor-Rest said the deal – which includes all brands, facilities, and operations – will expand it the manufacturer’s overall capacity by about 35% and give it a total of about 400,000 square feet of production space and a workforce of approximately 450.
The acquisition also coincides with Décor-Rest’s 50th anniversary celebration and is expected to close on April 1.
